Dallas 311 (Official City of Dallas Alexa Skill)

Dallas 311 is an voice app that lets the residents of Dallas, Texas, access personalized city information. Since its release in August 2020, the skill has been downloaded by hundreds of Dallas residents, and featured on media outlets including Dallas Weekly and Dallas City News. In my position as a lead software engineer, I learned about voice interfaces, the Amazon Alexa Skills Kit, and civic technology.
